Nyamughasani Twin Falls is a beautiful hidden gem in the Rwenzori region of Kasese. The hike takes us through the countryside and into the lush landscapes around the Nyamughasani River, eventually leading us to the two waterfalls where the river comes together in a spectacular display. This is one of those places that feels far removed from the usual tourist spots. Expect green landscapes, fresh mountain air, a bit of walking and plenty of time to enjoy the falls once we get there. It’s a great experience for anyone who wants to explore a quieter side of the Rwenzori region.
